What is Included In My Braces Treatment?
During your initial consultation, our Specialist Orthodontist will layout the treatment plan with the schedule of appointments and tips for managing the early stages of braces. Any accidental breakages of wires and brackets are all included in your treatment call us to book an appointment as soon as this happens. Once the braces are removed at the end of treatment we include up to 2 years of post care support.

After your initial consultation with our Specialist Orthodontist your treatment plan will layout the schedule of appointments for each adjustment. The schedule is an approximation of the time we think each movement will take. Each patient’s teeth can move slower or faster than these estimates so this can change over the course of treatment.
Braces should not hurt, if you feel any poking or a wire is broken call our team and book in an appointment for a free repair. Braces can be uncomfortable when they first go on and the few days after an adjustment. But your mouth will adapt and get used to each movement.
We have over 25 different colours to choose from! If you would like to change your colours, you can change them at any of your adjustment appointments.
All accidental breakages of brackets or wires are free to repair as part of your treatment plan. Call our team to book in an appointment as soon as this happens.
When your braces are put on your mouth will feel tender as it gets used to having the braces in your mouth. We recommend eating soft foods like breads, grains, ice cream or mashed potato. Hard, crunchy or sticky foods could damage the brackets or wires during treatment.
Braces can be applied at any age, we have had patients from primary school to grandparents in their 70s. Orthodontic treatment can improve your quality of life and improve your smile and confidence. Its never too late to get treatment, we have payment plans to help with the financial side.
